New rally will take place tomorrow in Nicosia by Turkish Cypriots, as a continuation of the one of the 28th January, to protest about the economic measures imposed by Turkey. This time, the occupation regime is taking draconian measures in order to control the reaction of the Turkish Cypriots.

According to the Turkish Cypriot press, the authorities will not allow “provocative” actions and anyone caught red handed will be arrested. Provocative action includes the display banners with the flag of the Republic of Cyprus. Moreover the police put under surveillance all the advertising agencies that have the ability to print banners to ensure this doesn’t happen.
