As of 17th February 2011, Hybrid car owners can park for free in parking places owned by the Municipality of Nicosia – the offer does not include road parking meters. In order to benefit from this offer the car owners must issue a special voucher from the municipality which can be obtained by presenting their car’s registration certificate.
